We are working with a company based in Soham who are looking for an ERP Analyst to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first, second and third line support on the ERP systems
- Providing training to ensure all employees can use the system correctly
- Acting as an escalation point for colleagues
- Taking responsibility for the ERP system
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Providing out of hours support when needed
- Working closely with the ERP Manager
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Dynamics Nav
- Experience with Office 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structures
- Experience of Citrix environments
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A driving license with access to a car
