Our client, a well-established, very well respected consultancy business, are currently looking for an experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their team in London. This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with hybrid working, requiring 2β3 days a week in the office. Main duties include: * Develop and deliver the internal communications strategy to support business objectives. * Partner with senior leaders to create clear, engaging messages around key initiatives and change programmes. * Manage and deliver campaigns across a range of channels including intranet, email, video and events. * Provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on communication best practice. * Monitor impact through feedback and analytics, adapting approach where needed. The successful candidate: * Previous experience in a senior internal communications role within a complex organisation. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. * Excellent writing and editing skills with a talent for simplifying complex information. * Experience in leading change communications and employee engagement programmes. * Collaborative, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
