We are currently working with one of our clients based in South Cambridge who are seeking a Net Suite Consultant to join their team. This is a full time office based position.
This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administration and support of the Net Suite ERP platform, troubleshooting system issues, managing users and permissions, and contributing to the ongoing development of business processes and system functionality.
You will work as part of a collaborative IT team, supporting users across the business while continually developing your own technical and business knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of Net Suite users, roles and permissions.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshoot Net Suite issues across the business.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Support stakeholders across Finance, Accounts, Business Development, CRM, Marketing and Senior Leadership.
- Configure, update and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Suite Scripts where appropriate.
- Deliver user training and provide guidance on Net Suite best practices.
- Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Power BI and other business systems to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Support cross-functional system improvement projects and the implementation of new business tools.
The Successful candidate will have
- Experience working within a business support, IT support, systems administration or finance support environment.
Exposure to ERP or CRM systems, ideally Net Suite.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of Suite Script, Celigo and/or Hub Spot.
- Net Suite certifications such as Suite Foundation, Suite Analytics or Net Suite Administrator.
- A STEM degree or equivalent commercial experience.
- Experience presentating to senior stakeholders.
