Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator
Location: Outskirts of Royston
Salary: £26,000-£30,000
Working Pattern: Full-time 8:00-4:30pm (Office Based)
A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Resolutions Coordinator to join its technical team. This role plays a key part in managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, liaising with internal teams where required
- Provide clear and accurate updates to customers
- Offer product and technical support to customers experiencing issues
- Work closely with processing, bookings, and field teams to ensure seamless problem resolution
- Ensure all communication reflects a high standard of customer care and professionalism
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, complaints handling, or technical support role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle challenging conversations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A positive, and customer-focused approach
