We are pleased to be supporting a well-established and expanding law firm located close to Morden in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and highly regarded property team that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service.
This position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1 year of experience handling their own residential property caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership schemes
* Help to Buy and Right to Buy purchases
* Deeds of variation and lease extensions
You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties, ensuring a smooth, professional, and client-focused experience throughout each transaction.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical understanding of residential property law and a proactive, personable approach to client care.
You will have:
* Minimum 1 year of residential conveyancing experience (post-qualification)
* Confidence in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong attention to detail and methodical working style
* The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* A team-player attitude with a willingness to support others when needed
