The predicted salary is between 32000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are looking for an experienced Research Projects Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Managing research and evaluation projects from planning through to successful delivery
  • Designing and delivering surveys, questionnaires and other research activities
  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
  • Conducting interviews, focus groups and evidence reviews
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for a range of audiences
  • Translating research findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations
  • Working closely with clients, funders and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
  • Supporting funding proposals and contributing to the development of new research opportunities
  • Ensuring research is conducted ethically and in line with data protection requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering research and/or evaluation projects from design through to completion
  • Experience using qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method research approaches
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
