We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are looking for an experienced Research Projects Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Main duties will include:
- Managing research and evaluation projects from planning through to successful delivery
- Designing and delivering surveys, questionnaires and other research activities
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
- Conducting interviews, focus groups and evidence reviews
- Producing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for a range of audiences
- Translating research findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Working closely with clients, funders and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Supporting funding proposals and contributing to the development of new research opportunities
- Ensuring research is conducted ethically and in line with data protection requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience delivering research and/or evaluation projects from design through to completion
- Experience using qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method research approaches
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
