We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support two senior leaders within a prestigious organisation in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace and managing a wide range of responsibilities.

Typical duties will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative and PA support, including complex diary management
  • Coordinating meetings, committees, and preparing agendas and minutes
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including applications and interview coordination
  • Organising events, functions, and internal activities
  • Managing correspondence, records, and shared calendars

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven PA or senior administrative experience supporting senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Experience coordinating events and managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and calendar systems
