We are supporting a fast-growing international technology manufacturer in their search for an exciting new hire to their senior leadership team.
As Operations Director, you will drive performance, lead change, and build an operation ready for serious growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scale operations to handle significant growth
- Improve quality, processes, and operational discipline
- Lead planning, procurement, warehousing, and production
- Drive cost reduction and capacity improvement
- Coach teams and shift behaviours in a long-tenured workforce
- Balance strategy with hands-on operational leadership
- Ensuring customers receive outstanding service first time
The successful candidate will have:
- Senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Solid understanding of production, quality and supply chain processes
- Proven track record scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Ability to work in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial business
- Strong supply chain knowledge (planning, procurement, materials)
- Experience leading multi-site / international teams
