We are working with a forward-thinking law firm to recruit Consultant Solicitors across multiple practice areas. The firm offers a well-established consultancy model supported by significant investment in business development, compliance and administration.
What the role offers:
- 70% fee share on self-generated work, rising to 85% based on length of service.
- Strong internal referral network, with c.40% of work generated internally.
- Full admin, compliance and onboarding support from a central team.
- Access to outsourced business development generating regular enquiries.
- No requirement to handle admin, file opening or compliance processes.
