The predicted salary is between 35000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

We are currently working with one of our clients based in South Cambridge who are seeking a NetSuite Consultant to join their team. This is a full time office based position. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administration and support of the NetSuite ERP platform, troubleshooting system issues, managing users and permissions, and contributing to the ongoing development of business processes and system functionality. You will work as part of a collaborative IT team, supporting users across the business while continually developing your own technical and business knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of NetSuite users, roles and permissions.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshoot NetSuite issues across the business.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Support stakeholders across Finance, Accounts, Business Development, CRM, Marketing and Senior Leadership.
  • Configure, update and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of SuiteScripts where appropriate.
  • Deliver user training and provide guidance on NetSuite best practices.
  • Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Power BI and other business systems to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
  • Support cross-functional system improvement projects.
