A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and professional environment where client care, attention to detail and team support are genuinely valued. The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy Private Client department.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
  • Opening, closing and archiving files
  • Electronic filing and use of case management systems
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Liaising with clients both over the phone and in person
  • Assisting with billing, time recording and compliance processes
  • Supporting the preparation of Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation
  • Assisting with the storage and retrieval of original legal documents
