We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Part-Time PA to support its Commercial team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or Legal Secretary who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support within a professional services environment. Working closely with fee earners and Partners, you will play an important role in keeping the team organised and ensuring work is delivered efficiently.
Typical duties include:
- Provide administrative and PA support to fee earners and Partners
- Prepare, format, proofread and produce legal documents, reports and correspondence
- Manage diaries, inboxes and meeting arrangements
- Support billing, WIP reporting, invoicing and file management processes
- Maintain accurate records, process expenses and assist with general team administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary position
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong document production skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and document management systems
- Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
This is a part-time position, ideally working three days per week. The exact working pattern is open to discussion during the interview process.
