We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge. They are recruiting for a Knowledge Management Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include: * Promoting knowledge sharing culture * Working closely with the Knowledge Manager and wider team * Supporting the upgrade of the knowledge management system * Supporting the delivery of strategy and helping ensure compliance * Supporting the anonymisation of documents * Working with IT trainers to support effective training * Dealing with knowledge management requests and queries The successful candidate will have: * Excellent interpersonal skills * Experience with library and information services * Understanding of Knowledge Management principles * Keen interest in technology solutions for Knowledge Management * Experience working with a host of stakeholders We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven’t heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
