We are working with a well-established law firm who are looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, supporting solicitors across a range of legal and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and agreements
- Managing case files, including opening/closing files and maintaining accurate records
- Handling administrative tasks such as email management, filing, and diary coordination
- Supporting billing processes, including invoices, debit/credit notes, and expenses
- Assisting solicitors with day-to-day tasks, including conflict checks and PA support
About You:
- Previous legal secretarial or paralegal experience
- Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
