Job Description
My client is a well-known, successful, Cambridge business and we’re delighted to be partnering with them in their search for an Inbound Sales Consultant. The role will be available on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.\\n\\nKey duties include:\\n\\n * Following up on warm leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, telephone and email\\n\\n * Speaking with potential customers about products and available options\\n\\n * Converting incoming enquiries into successful sales\\n\\n * Updating and maintaining accurate information on the CRM\\n\\n * Assisting the wider team with general administrative support\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have:\\n\\n * Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role\\n\\n * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\\n\\n * Strong IT ability and high attention to detail\\n\\n * A collaborative, team-first attitude\\n\\n * Self-motivation and a drive to achieve and exceed targets\\n\\nWe endeavour to respond to every applicant, but if you haven’t heard from us within 10 days, please understand that you’ve been unsuccessful on this occasion or the role has been filled.
