My client is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic organisation and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business.

The role will involve: * Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees * Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters * Advising on HR policies, procedures and best practice * Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit * Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives * CIPD qualification or working towards this would be advantageous Please apply via the advert or contact Marsha-Louise at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.
