We are working with a leading tech company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a Head of Mechanical Engineering to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with occasional international travel required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage, support and lead the mechanical engineering team.
- Oversee all mechanical projects to ensure they are completed against the given budget and timeframe.
- Take ownership for the teams design, development and testing processes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
The successful candidate will have:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong communicational skills.
- Experienced working across full product development within manufacturing and injection moulding.
- Experienced electromechanical and RF systems.
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management.
