We are recruiting a motivated Paralegal to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team in Harrogate. This role provides vital administrative support to fee earners and ensures the smooth progression of property transactions, while maintaining excellent client care.
Typical duties include:
- Managing client matters and files using Proclaim
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Booking appointments and managing diaries
- Handling client and third-party calls and emails
- Assisting with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry processes
The successful candidate:
- Has 12+ months’ conveyancing experience supporting fee earners
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Proclaim or other case management systems is desirable
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
