A Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join their Family Department on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working following the successful completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support solicitors and partners within the Family and Child Law team.
  • Manage caseloads covering child and separation matters.
  • Preparation of bundles and other court documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, Courts, and other fee earners.
  • Provide assistance to Counsel where required.
  • Manage Legal Help forms efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
  • Demonstrable interest in child law matters.
  • Care proceedings experience is essential.
  • Legal Aid experience is required.
  • Eagerness to develop and expand existing skillset.
  • Law degree with a minimum of 2:1 classification.
