A Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join their Family Department on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working following the successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support solicitors and partners within the Family and Child Law team.
- Manage caseloads covering child and separation matters.
- Preparation of bundles and other court documentation.
- Liaise with clients, Courts, and other fee earners.
- Provide assistance to Counsel where required.
- Manage Legal Help forms efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
- Demonstrable interest in child law matters.
- Care proceedings experience is essential.
- Legal Aid experience is required.
- Eagerness to develop and expand existing skillset.
- Law degree with a minimum of 2:1 classification.
