We are recruiting for a qualified Financial Accountant to join our client’s Finance Team in Royston on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role will support group reporting, statutory accounts, consolidation and technical accounting during a busy period. Our client can offer an excellent package, and a hybrid working model. Key responsibilities Support monthly group consolidation, including journals and review of consolidated results. Prepare statutory financial statements, reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary. Assist with month-end reporting and assigned entity deliverables. Provide clear information to auditors, advisers and internal stakeholders. Research and apply IFRS guidance to technical accounting matters. The ideal candidate ACA or ACCA qualified. Strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge. Experience in group reporting, consolidation, statutory accounts and audit support. Highly organised, accurate and able to deliver to strict deadlines.
