The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Our client, one of the prestigious Cambridge colleges, is currently looking for an experienced Development/Fundraising Officer to support their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Responsible for a variety of development/giving programmes/campaigns
  • Recruiting and training a team of students to carry out telephone campaigns
  • Managing email campaigns
  • Handling enquiries from donors and prospects
  • Maintaining a portfolio of prospects
  • Any other adhoc tasks to support the development office

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within higher education is highly desirable
  • Experience with Fundraising, Alumni Relations or Marketing is essential
  • Project management skills essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour
