We are working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established organisation in South Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Managing queries via an internal ticketing system
- Accurately recording client data on internal systems
- Supporting clients with service bookings and appointments
- Proactively assisting clients with purchasing decisions
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
