We are working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established organisation in South Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Managing queries via an internal ticketing system
  • Accurately recording client data on internal systems
  • Supporting clients with service bookings and appointments
  • Proactively assisting clients with purchasing decisions
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
