We are excited to be recruiting for a well-established, highly respected business in Newmarket. The role will be office based and offers the successful candidate the chance to work in a lovely, family feel team.

Key duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls from customers
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Administration of policy changes
  • Checking customer ID via Zoom calls
  • Adding data to the CRM system
  • General office administration
