Commercial Property Paralegal

Role | Commercial Property Paralegal Experience | Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in either Commercial or Residential Property Based | High Wycombe Offer | £28,000 – £32,000 + excellent benefits We are working with an exciting, long-established and highly regarded law firm with six offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. They are seeking experienced Paralegals to join their successful Commercial Property team, providing support to Partners and Solicitors across a wide range of matters. Typical duties would include: * Preparing introductory letters, client engagement packs, and legal documents for fee earners. * Drafting and managing correspondence with clients, agents, and solicitors. * Conducting legal research and supporting with development projects (residential & commercial). * Assisting with billing, invoicing, file management, and diary scheduling. * Preparing completion statements, conducting searches, and liaising with third parties. The successful candidate * At least 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Property (essential). * Good knowledge of Commercial Property law and practice. * Highly organised, methodical, with excellent attention to detail. * Ambitious and eager to progress — sponsorship available for SQE, CLC or CILEX after qualifying service.
