A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CDM Health Safety Advisor (Facilities) to join a leading defence engineering organisation, supporting the successful delivery of construction, refurbishment and facilities projects across a diverse UK estate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing safety team, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in accordance with CDM 2015 Regulations. This role is a 2-year fixed-term contract. This role supports the Facilities Management team by providing expert CDM and contractor safety guidance across multiple UK sites. Working closely with Project Managers, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring construction projects are delivered in line with current legislation while driving continual improvement across safety processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of CDM 2015 Regulations across a varied portfolio of facilities and construction projects. Assist in delivering the Principal Designer function for small works projects. Provide competent health and safety advice to Project Managers and Facilities Management teams.
