Our client is seeking a proactive and creative Web Content Officer to join their Communications team, helping to deliver engaging digital content across their website and intranet whilst supporting their wider communications strategy.
The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis.
Main duties will include
- Creating, editing and publishing engaging content across the organisation's website and intranet.
- Managing website content through Word Press, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Developing and maintaining website templates to ensure consistency across regional and global content.
- Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and user experience.
- Applying SEO and AI optimisation techniques to maximise website discoverability.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver digital communications projects.
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience creating, editing and publishing website content.
- Experience working with Word Press or another Content Management System (CMS).
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for producing engaging digital content.
