We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Service Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.
- Proactively managing technical service delivery, working with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Leading service review activities, including improvement planning and performance reporting
- Supporting delivery against agreed SLAs
- Leading initiatives for the ongoing improvements of customer service frameworks
- Supporting the operations team to develop SaaS based service modules for the product portfolio
- Ensuring successful service onboarding
- Working in partnership with customers and internal teams to understand technical implementations
- Experience in a technical service delivery role working in a product development organisation
- Experience in technical service delivery in a B2B environment
- Experience working within software/hardware product development lifecycle
- Service or project management qualifications (desirable)
