We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Service Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.
- Proactively managing technical service delivery, working with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Leading service review activities, including improvement planning and performance reporting.
- Supporting delivery against agreed SLAs.
- Leading initiatives for the ongoing improvements of customer service frameworks.
- Supporting the operations team to develop SaaS based service modules for the product portfolio.
- Ensuring successful service onboarding.
- Working in partnership with customers and internal teams to understand technical implementations.
- Experience in a technical service delivery role working in a product development organisation.
- Experience in technical service delivery in a B2B environment.
- Experience working within software/hardware product development lifecycle.
- Service or project management qualifications (desirable).
