Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

8:00am-4:30pm (Office Based)

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Royston. They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and coordination experience. A key aspect of the role will involve arranging appointments for the external sales team, so excellent diary management skills and a solid understanding of UK geography are essential.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the external sales team across the UK
  • Managing diaries to ensure efficient route planning and appointment allocation
  • Promoting new products through outbound calls and email campaigns
  • Providing customers with technical product information and advice
  • Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Accurately processing customer information and maintaining internal systems
  • Providing general sales administration and support to the wider team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in diary management, scheduling, or appointment coordination
  • Strong customer service experience within a busy office environment
  • Good knowledge of UK geography and confidence in planning schedules efficiently
