We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based tech company. They are recruiting for an Integration Manager (DMS) to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the DMS roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Leading partnerships initiatives, including vendor engagement
- Leading the change management process
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Providing guidance, insight and expertise to the leadership team regarding DMS direction
- Ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders to understand requirements
- Troubleshooting the integrations between product and DMS
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role in the automotive industry
- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes
- Experience working with a ticket management system
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel, when required
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Ability to troubleshoot using XML, JSON, RESTful and SOAP APIs
