Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator - Order Processing Location: Royston Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract Working Pattern: Full-time (Office Based) An established and growing organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care / Processing Coordinator to join its central operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports customers throughout their journey, from enquiries and quotations through to order processing and aftersales care. Key Responsibilities: * Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotations * Keep customers updated on deliveries, stock and proof of delivery * Liaise with warehouse partners and support the sales team * Provide product support and handle aftersales queries * Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service, administration or order processing * Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail * Confident telephone manner and good IT skills * Good understanding of UK geography and travel planning * Proactive, positive and able to work well independently and within a team Please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.
