An established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support its central operations function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will focus on coordinating committee activity, supporting governance processes, and assisting with a range of administrative and event-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare agendas, collate papers, and take accurate minutes for committee meetings
- Coordinate meeting schedules
- Assist with drafting reports, policies, and internal documentation
- Support the organisation of events including conferences and formal functions
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams
- Previous experience supporting committees or governance structures is advantageous
