We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Birmingham. They are recruiting for a Cyber Security Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Installing and maintaining the firms IT Infrastructure
- Providing advice and guidance to colleagues
- Proactively monitor cyber security applications performance
- Working alongside the cyber security team
- Installing and configuring hardware
- Providing assistance and escalation to the IT Department
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of IS infrastructure
- Experience and exposure to Cyber Security
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficiency with first and second-line user support
