An established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support its central operations function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will focus on coordinating committee activity, supporting governance processes, and assisting with a range of administrative and event-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas, collate papers, and take accurate minutes for committee meetings
  • Coordinate meeting schedules
  • Assist with drafting reports, policies, and internal documentation
  • Support the organisation of events including conferences and formal functions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams
  • Previous experience supporting committees or governance structures is advantageous
