We are working with a well-established, partner-led boutique property firm, recognised for its high-quality work across both commercial and residential real estate matters. They are seeking a talented property solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing practice, working across a blended caseload of commercial and residential matters.
The property practice covers a broad range of work across both commercial and residential real estate, with a focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven legal services.
- Managing a caseload of commercial or residential property matters, or a mix of both.
- Advising on landlord and tenant work, including drafting and negotiating leases.
- Handling commercial and/or residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold).
- Advising clients on property management issues and related matters.
2+ years PQE with experience in commercial and/or residential property.
Strong technical grounding across general property matters.
Competitive salary (£50,000 – £90,000+ depending on experience).
Strong pipeline of quality work across both commercial and residential property.
