We are working with a well-regarded and growing law firm looking to appoint a Head of Property to lead its established department. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced Property Solicitor looking to play a key role within a modern and ambitious practice. The role offers a mix of hands-on fee earning, team leadership and strategic involvement. The caseload is focused primarily on residential property matters, including bridging finance and receiver sales, alongside auction and private treaty transactions.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 6+ years PQE within property law
- Strong residential property experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
