An established and well regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing team in Bishop's Stortford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career while working on a broad range of high quality commercial property matters.
You will manage your own caseload, work closely with experienced colleagues and provide commercially focused advice to a varied client base.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting with a wide range of commercial property transactions.
- Managing your own files, including drafting contracts, reviewing titles and preparing reports for clients.
- Applying for and reporting on local authority, index map and other property searches.
- Supporting the exchange of contracts and advising clients throughout transactions.
- Providing high quality legal advice while working closely with colleagues on complex matters.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 to 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Experience handling commercial property matters with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong drafting, organisational and client management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical legal advice.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
