We are working with a leading international arbitration firm seeking a Junior or Mid Level Associate (England & Wales qualified) to join its London team. This is an opportunity to work on high-value, complex international matters within a specialist disputes practice.

The Role

The role will involve working closely with senior lawyers on a range of international arbitration and complex litigation matters. This includes exposure to commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes, and public international law matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes
  • Drafting submissions, pleadings and legal memoranda
  • Conducting detailed legal research across complex legal issues
  • Reviewing evidence and supporting case strategy development
  • Assisting with hearing preparation, including bundles and witness materials
  • Supporting arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (e.g. ICC, LCIA, ICSID)
  • Liaising with clients, counsel and international teams

Candidate Profile

Competitive candidates will be trained and qualified in England & Wales with experience in international arbitration. A strong academic background is expected, alongside experience handling complex disputes with appropriate supervision. Candidates should demonstrate excellent drafting and analytical skills.
