Due to continued growth, a highly regarded and well-established London law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its respected Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3–8 years’ PQE who is confident working with a high degree of autonomy and has experience supervising junior colleagues.
The Role
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Reorganisations
- Disciplinary and grievance processes
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A support and due diligence
- Drafting employment contracts, handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs and settlement agreements
- TUPE matters
- Employment status issues
- Day-to-day employment law advice
- Employment Tribunal and Court work
A strong focus on advising employer clients is essential, with some experience advising individuals being advantageous.

You will be joining a well-resourced and highly rated Employment team comprising partners, senior lawyers, associates and dedicated support staff.
About You
- 3–8 years’ PQE in employment law
- Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Strong academic background and high-quality training
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Confident, professional and discreet when dealing with clients
- Ambitious, technically strong and commercially minded
