Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer

A well-established London legal practice is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its property team in Aldgate. This role would suit a conveyancing professional at NQ level or above who is looking to develop their career within a well-established residential property practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers and associated property matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports and other conveyancing documentation.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties throughout transactions.
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer.
- NQ+ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge of the residential property process.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Able to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
This is an opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to join an established London practice, with a competitive salary of £40,000 to £70,000 depending on experience and a hybrid working arrangement.
