We are working with a well-established law firm looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal to support their Commercial and Residential Property teams. This role offers high-quality, hands-on work, with a strong focus on commercial property transactions and residential new build plot sales, primarily acting for developers.

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with property law experience who is looking to progress towards becoming an independent fee earner within a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting commercial property documents including leases, licences, and ancillary agreements
  • Preparing commercial and residential contracts, including new build plot sales documentation
  • Assisting with transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, auctions, and refinancing matters
  • Reviewing pre-contract enquiries and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
  • Supporting fee earners while managing your own developing caseload
About You
  • Previous experience in commercial and/or residential property law
  • Strong academic background with good legal research skills
  • Familiarity with Practical Law Company (PLC) precedents
  • Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
  • Ability to open, manage, and maintain files independently
  • Comfortable working with minimal secretarial support and handling your own administrative tasks
