We’re working with a well-established and reputable law firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their busy Property team. This is a great opportunity for a confident conveyancer to manage a full residential caseload from instruction through to completion, while delivering high standards of client care and contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
Typical duties would include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages in line with firm procedures
- Keeping clients regularly updated on progress, timescales, and costs
- Meeting billing, time recording, and performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
The successful candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Confident handling a busy conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Well organised with good time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
