We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Royston who are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role and an excellent opportunity to join a growing company, supporting the wider business across multiple entities.

Typical duties include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
  • Managing multi-currency accounting, intercompany transactions, and foreign exchange reporting
  • Reviewing accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management activities
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial insight and analysis
  • Managing statutory accounting requirements, audit processes, VAT, and compliance reporting
  • Reviewing and improving accounting processes, systems, and financial controls
  • Supporting and developing members of the finance team
  • Assisting with ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic business growth initiatives

You will have:

  • Fully qualified ACCA, ACA/ICAEW or CIMA
  • Strong multi-entity and multi-currency accounting experience
  • Excellent technical accounting knowledge and experience in a similar role
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
