This is a key strategic role where you will drive business growth, ensure efficient case management, and continuously enhance client relationships. You will work closely with the CEO to shape the future of the conveyancing practice while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 20 conveyancing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of client service, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee all conveyancing cases from inception to completion, ensuring smooth processes, timely resolution, and excellent client outcomes.
- Foster and develop key relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders to support business growth and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and implement strategic plans for business development and operational improvement.
- Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for team members to promote a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Continuously assess and improve team processes to optimize efficiency and reduce risk.
- Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and other business development initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of leadership and managing a high-performing team.
- A qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with in-depth experience in UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
