The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.
We are working with a top law firm with offices based across Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire who are looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their Contentious Trusts & Probate team. Applications will be considered by Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 6+ years PQE.
This law firm has an amazing reputation for progressing its members and wants candidates who are wanting to progress. Perhaps you are becoming stagnant in your role, awaiting a promotion and looking for a firm who is wanting to invest in you.
You will be working on high profile cases acting for Claimants on complex contentious matters. Typical cases could include:
- Handling executor or trustee disputes
- Applications to remove executors or trustees
- Administration of trusts
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience working on complex contentious matters.
- Delivers a highly successful and high quality legal service
- Innovative, positive and have a client-focused attitude
- Demonstrate an excellent problem solving and a methodical attention to detail
