Eclectic Recruitment is working with a reputable law firm in Essex, looking for a conveyancing paralegal to join the Conveyancing team due to expansion. You will be working with the residential property team undertaking start to finish conveyancing responsibilities.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (Negotiable, DOE)

The successful candidate will have previous experience in handling conveyancing cases and the ability to work under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in conveyancing procedure and transactional duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage conveyancing processes from start to finish, including title searches, document preparation, and property registrations.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and others to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
