The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Due to the nature of the clients' business, only candidates with British Citizenship (including dual nationals) are able to be considered. We are currently working closely with a leading defence organisation who are looking for multiple RF professionals to join the team. These are full-time permanent positions with dynamic hybrid working (2β4 days on-site depending on role).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work across RF, Electro-Optic (EO), and IR technologies from concept through to production.
- Contribute to or lead design, development, and validation of advanced RF/EO systems.
- Perform system-level analysis, modelling, and algorithm development.
- Engage in technical investigations, problem assessments, and design proposals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones.
The successful candidates will have:
- A background in RF, Microwave, or Electro-Optic Engineering.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with RF/MW circuit and system design, modelling, and simulation.
- Knowledge of system design, digital signal processing, or optical design principles.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work autonomously within a skilled team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
