Eclectic Recruitment is delighted to be working with a progressive and dynamic law firm based in Central London, currently seeking a talented Residential Real Estate Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) to join their thriving property team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident solicitor with a solid grounding in residential conveyancing. You’ll be managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Experience with new build conveyancing would be a distinct advantage.
You will also play an active role in business development and client relationship management, making this a varied and rewarding position.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 years PQE in residential real estate
- Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT and case management skills
- A proactive, client-focused attitude
- Business development mindset
