We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive to join a busy team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions and will be able to manage a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion with minimum supervision.
You will be highly motivated and pride yourself on delivering a first-class service to clients, with the ability to create and maintain a solid client base in the local area.
Typical duties would include:
- Managing all stages of conveyancing matters, from initial instructions to file archiving.
- Taking instructions from clients and providing sound legal advice.
- Preparing and obtaining all necessary file documentation.
- Handling all billing and financial aspects of the files.
- Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2+ years of experience at a similar level.
- Sound technical conveyancing knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work accurately, prioritise a busy workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- A flexible, \βcan-do\β attitude and the ability to work effectively on your own initiative or as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel.
