We are partnering with a top legal 200 firm with a large presence across Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia who are looking to grow their Property Litigation team. The ideal candidate would have 4 years+ PQE with expertise in Property Litigation matters and have a genuine passion for this area.

They want someone who would have experience in drafting court/tribunal proceedings, is comfortable dealing with land registry requirements and would be able to join the team and hit the ground running. The team advises on:

  • Commercial Property
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property guardianship possession actions
  • Commercial dilapidations
  • Boundary disputes
  • Succession Evictions
  • Commercial and residential leases
  • Restrictive covenant disputes
  • Enfranchisement matters

The successful candidate:

  • 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Previous training working within a reputable law firm.
  • Able to work autonomously and part of a team where required.
  • Able to develop working relationships at all levels.
